Wolf Call is a desktop software application provided by Wolf Call Software LLC that provides AI-assisted call support for sales representatives. The Service includes token-based call time and optional subscription plans.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your login information with unauthorized persons. You are responsible for all use of the Service under your account.

Wolf Call and its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Wolf Call Software LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law.

8. Subscription and Billing

Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Token Balance and Expiration

Tokens represent call time and are non-refundable. One-time token purchases do not expire. Tokens granted through subscriptions apply monthly or annually depending on your plan and may be subject to rollover limits.

Subscription refunds are not available except as required by law. Token purchases are final and non-refundable.

11. Modification of Terms

Wolf Call Software LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

Wolf Call Software LLC may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
